Returns & Refunds

Please use our RETURN FORM and return the goods within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

• Shipping costs are not refunded.
• Refunds are issued once we have received and inspected the returned goods.
• We can only accept items that are in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s cost and risk.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Special Orders

Spare parts and accessories that are specially ordered for you are considered special procurements and are excluded from withdrawal.
